Constructed in 1914, the Hotel Deming is eight-story Renaissance Revival-style building featuring classical details with tile and terra cotta accents. Originally built with 250 hotel rooms and 200 baths, the building has been through many different uses including ISU student housing in the 1960s and most recently senior housing.

Newly rehabilitated and renamed, The Deming today is a mixed-use facility with 111 residential units and retail/commercial space.
